Returns Accepted

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on most items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn and unused
• Include original tags and packaging (if applicable)
• Not show signs of washing, wear, odors, stains, or damage

Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers are responsible for reading item descriptions, sizing details, and photos before purchasing.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Helmets
• Non current items
• Used or worn items
• Items returned in different condition than received
• Personalized or custom items
• Undergarments or hygiene-related apparel
• Generators
• Last in Stock

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if another size or item is needed.
