Shipping policy

  • Our online sales & shipping department is open Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. We have daily pickups from UPS and USPS that occur before our office is closed.
  • We pride ourselves on fast handling times – if an order is placed before 10 AM (USPS) or 2 PM (UPS) on a weekday, we do our best to ensure it will ship out that day.
  • UPS and USPS estimate their handling times at check out.  These are not a guarantee of delivery time.  Standard shipping times are 2-5 days. 
  • Weather delays, mishandling by the carrier, and lost packages are an unfortunate possibility. We will help the buyer however we can in these instances, but we are not liable for in-transit delays and any estimated delivery date is generated by the carrier, not us, and is never guaranteed.
  • If there are concerns about package theft, missing packages, etc., purchasing insurance on the package is recommended. 
  • If a package is deemed non-deliverable due to an error with the address, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for redelivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a problem with the shipping address.

Wright Way Trailers does not provide product support, warranty service, technical assistance, returns, or compliance guidance for products located in or shipped to the State of California.

Customers who choose to purchase products from Wright Way Trailers and request shipment to a California address acknowledge and agree that they do so entirely at their own risk.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to determine whether the product complies with all applicable California state and local laws, regulations, emissions standards, safety requirements, and installation requirements before purchasing.

By placing an order for shipment to California, the customer agrees that:

  • Wright Way Trailers makes no representation or guarantee that any product is legal or compliant for use, registration, or sale in California.
  • The customer assumes all responsibility for verifying product compatibility and legal compliance.
  • Wright Way Trailers shall not be liable for denied registrations, failed inspections, regulatory issues, fines, penalties, or any costs associated with the use, installation, or ownership of products shipped to California.
  • Products shipped to California are not eligible for returns or refunds based solely on California compliance or regulatory requirements, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
